The Orlando Housing Authority has filed plans to replace the 207 units at Lake Mann Homes, built in 1951, with 390 homes on about 30 acres off Goldwyn Ave.
The plan calls for 300 affordable apartments plus townhomes, duplexes and houses. The plans are filed but not approved. The first step is a PD amendment that would raise the height limit to 60 ft.
