Westshore Grand Sold to Tampa-Based Ally Capital and Black Diamond Capital

Tampa-based Ally Capital Group and Black Diamond Capital bought the 325-room Westshore Grand, a Marriott Tribute Portfolio hotel at 4860 W Kennedy Blvd. Phased renovations to the rooms, event space, common areas and dining are planned through 2027 and 2028. Ally already owns the Urban Centre towers next door, and the hotel sits across from the proposed WestShore Plaza redevelopment.
